Paper City

I ran across this adorable idea from my cousin-in-law on Pinterest!

When I'm traveling from homes to schools to parks, I don't have the space in my car for a whole entire play house and all the people and furniture that go with it.

But here is a great portable idea that takes up almost no space:
Have your client create a paper city/paper home and characters using just paper and markers to help them explore dynamics in the home or in their neighborhoods. Great for assessing how safe/unsafe a client might feel at home or in their community. You could also use this activity in a family session, where all family members could be involved to create their own home, a home they would like to have, or a neighborhood they would like to live in.
